The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) is a private university in the Indian city of Dehradun. Since 2019, it has been in Academic Collaboration with Global University Systems. More than 6000 students are in the university pursuing education in different Courses. They have a large campus with a large hostel and a mess inside it. They want to automate the campus and have strong access control system to ensure the safety of the students ,unauthorized entry of any visitors , and identifying & tracking of each student.
1. No exact data and process for entry of visitors in campus.
2. No systems to monitor the building or campus from a central location.
3. No Detailed reports to know the "who, what, when" of the system. 4.Manual attendance and identification of students which is a time taking process.
5.No process to stop the unauthorized students to enter in Hostel and mess
For the solution we Equipped the campus with the following devices and a single smart card in the form of identification
card with their thumb print mapped is provided . It includes equipment, such as:

Biometric readers. Proximity readers. Turnstile readers.
